a dance to remember

and dance;
anyhow art 2009
amazing times 9864351746926254723825926178454329.
saw some unexpected people there. surprising, heartwarming and a bit um embarrassing haha since our costume seems to be lacking alot of cloth around the mid drift area.
i would upload the video of our performance yesterday night but its way too large. so, onto facebook the video goes. (& soon, i promise.)
the makeup was amazing.
on our faces
and on our hands.
credits to shu zhen for designing the face makeup. i drew the hand ones. haha and i can hear the 'oh, no wonder' going through your mind now. hey, art is hard to interpret man. i tried my best.
ling and me trying obviously unsuccessfully to act sexy after makeup-ing.
and while waiting for the performance to start, we spent our time taking photos. many many photos. 263 to be exact. haha actually, we took photos whenever we had the chance.
but then came dinner.
oh the horror.
haha think exposed bloated belly in front of a million people taking videos of our performance. thus the pouts and sad faces and mourning for the non-existent flat stomachs began. and it kind of lasted for the rest for the whole two days of the performance. but today, muaha, we're all happy little kids munching our way into sinful snacks with no fear that anyone will stare at our bulging stomachs. err. okay, not so much. but still.
then after putting on our blood red lipstick, we danced.
and danced our heart out.
6 minutes and 57 seconds. the longest dance i have ever danced. adrenaline rush, whoo. and i'd do it all over again.
pictures below. (the rest will be on facebook once facebook decides to revive.)
lao shi!
like the world is watching.
